Cookie Notice
Version 1.1 · Effective 2026-09-29 · Last updated 2026-09-29
The short version: mbmovebetter.com uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not set advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies at this version, and our site analytics do not use cookies at all.
1. What we use today
Essential cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set technical cookies for security and reliability. Our checkout and intake forms are hosted by our coaching platform (GoHighLevel) with card entry handled by Stripe; those pages set the cookies needed to complete a purchase securely and remember your form progress. None of these track you across other websites.
Cookieless analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and referrers. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and gives us only aggregate numbers.
Email and text engagement. This is not a cookie, but it is similar: our email and SMS tools record whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
2. What we do not use
- No advertising-network cookies.
- No third-party marketing trackers or heat-map tools.
- No behavioral profiling or cross-site tracking.
- No cookies that read your intake answers or photos.
3. Advertising and measurement cookies (not active at this version)
We plan to advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When we do, we may add the Meta Pixel to measure whether ads lead to purchases. That is a non-essential tracking technology, so before it goes live we will update this section to describe the Pixel, the `_fbp` and `_fbc` cookies it sets, and Meta's role. The consent banner already exists — it appears on your first visit with an equally prominent "Reject", and any future advertising tag will load only if you accept. Rejecting is a real choice, not a delay: nothing non-essential loads unless you say yes. The Pixel will only ever receive standard events (such as a page view or purchase); it will never receive your intake answers, photos, or anything about your health. Until this section changes, none of that is running.
4. Managing cookies
Your browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop checkout or the intake form from working. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, so the consent mechanism is not itself a tracker.
5. Changes
We will update this notice and the version line at the top whenever our cookie use changes, and we will email active clients about material changes.
